Our aim is to assist Golfing Society organisers find and book suitable society friendly Golf courses at great prices. Over 150 partner golf courses covering the UK mainland, has been hand picked following recommendations from our golfing society organisers, ensuring both quality of the golf course and a warm welcome when you get there.
Procedures:
The Golf Society Organiser - Once you have booked your Golf Course you will receive an email confirmation from UK Society Golf detailing your planned event. The chosen golf club will also receive these details.
The chosen Golf Course's Co-ordinator will then liaise with you and arrange to collect your deposits, and manage your day and any pre course day requirements.
The Golf Course Co-ordinator - Is required to email confirmation of the booking and notify any necessary amendments made to the booking to both the Golf Society Organiser and UK Society Golf.
Questions:
What if 1 or 2 of our players don't turn up on the day?
All Courses have their own individual cancellation policy which is available on their personalised UKSG homepage.
What if the course is closed due to bad weather?
In the unlikely event that the course has had to close, then the course will credit you with another date with a similar package, or a full refund if there are no other suitable alternative.
Could our tee time be double booked?
Unlikely, - Each course is responsible for providing their dates, and keep our system as real as possible. Some courses dates are interactive with their management systems and these cannot be at risk of double bookings. Our system is almost infallible, mistakes are sometimes made, in this event you would be notified within 7 days of placing your event if the date is not available to you and others offered, no deposits or holding fees will be retained if suitable alternatives are not taken up.
Can you do weekend breaks?
Yes, -we can, please e-mail us your requirements and we will endeavour to fulfil your needs.
We would like to play one of your courses but it hasn't got the date we want, would it be possible for you to get for us?
Available dates are constantly being added, please e-mail us your request and we will endeavour to provide you that date at the course or make a similar course available for you.
Can you provide us with a course that is not currently available on your site?
New courses are constantly being added, please e-mail us your required course and we will endeavour to make it available to our customers as soon as possible.
