What if 1 or 2 of our players don’t turn up on the day?
All Courses have their own individual cancellation policy which is available on their personalised UKSG homepage.
What if the course is closed due to bad weather?
In the unlikely event that the course has had to close, then the course will credit you with another date with a similar package, or a full refund if there are no other suitable alternative.
Could our tee time be double booked?
Unlikely, - Each course is responsible for providing their dates, and keep our system as real as possible. Some courses dates are interactive with their management systems and these cannot be at risk of double bookings.Our system is almost infallible, mistakes are sometimes made, in this event you would be notified within 7 days of placing your event if the date is not available to you and others offered, no deposits or holding fees will be retained if suitable alternatives are not taken up.
Can you do weekend breaks?
Yes, -we can, please e-mail us your requirements and we will endeavor to fulfill your needs.
We would like to play one of your courses but it hasn’t got the date we want, would it be possible for you to get for us?
Available dates are constantly being added, please e-mail us your request and we will endeavor to provide you that date at the course or make a similar course available for you.
Can you provide us with a course that is not currently available on your site?
New courses are constantly being added, please e-mail us your required course and we will endeavor to make it available to our customers as soon as possible.
